Privacy policy

Last updated:

This notice covers the public teal4d.com website and enquiries sent through its email links. Data processing within the TEAL 4D platform is governed by the notices and agreements applicable to that service.

1. Data controller

The website is operated by QP NOVA S.r.l., Via Giulio e Corrado Venini 5, 20127 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT ID IT12627920965. For information about personal data or to exercise your rights, email info@qpnova.com.

2. Data, purposes and retention

2.1 Browsing

This landing page is a static website. It has no data collection forms, visitor analytics or content embedded from external services. Fonts are served with the website: loading them does not send requests to Google Fonts.

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Storage and delivered through Azure Front Door. This infrastructure may process technical data, such as your IP address, HTTP request details and browser information, to deliver content, keep the website available and protect it against misuse. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in service security and operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any retention is limited to what is necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations.

2.2 Email and demo enquiries

Contact buttons open your email application. If you send a message, QP NOVA receives your email address and the information you choose to share, including any attachments. Providing these data is optional; without contact details and the necessary information, we may be unable to respond.

We use these data to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo or discuss a project. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Correspondence is kept to handle the enquiry, for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law or contractual obligations.

The website does not set cookies or use profiling or tracking tools. It does not store your language preference on your device: the entry page reads the language reported by your browser and selects Italian, or English for other languages. You can change language using the IT and EN links.

Links to other websites, such as QP NOVA and QP DRONE, are followed only when you select them. Browsing those websites is subject to their own privacy notices.

4. Recipients and transfers

QP NOVA does not sell visitors' data or provide them for third-party marketing campaigns. Authorised staff handling enquiries and providers of technical and email services may process data as needed to deliver their services. Providers acting on our behalf are appointed as data processors under Article 28 GDPR.

For website hosting and delivery, Microsoft acts as a processor under the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum (DPA). Azure Front Door may process IP addresses and HTTP headers to route requests and deliver content from its nodes.

Azure Front Door nodes are located in several countries, including outside the European Economic Area; Microsoft may also access data from other countries for support and service operations. Transfers must comply with Chapter V GDPR through applicable adequacy decisions or safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses provided for in the DPA. You can contact the controller for information about recipients and safeguards.

5. Your rights

Where provided for by the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. To submit a request, email info@qpnova.com.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

6. Updates

This page may be updated when the website or data processing practices change. The date at the top identifies the published version.
